Premier Valet Parking in Chicago

We’ve been using Valet Parking Chicago for our restaurant and have had a great experience with them. We’ve gone through a few valet companies over the years and these guys have definitely been the most consistent. The biggest thing for me is I don’t have to worry about the valet operation. Their guys show up, look professional, take care of our guests and keep everything moving even when we get slammed on Friday and Saturday nights. If there’s ever an issue or we need extra staff for a busy night, I can actually get ahold of management and they take care of it. They also go above and beyond just parking cars. Their team communicates with our front desk and management throughout service, helps coordinate guest arrivals and pickups, and works with us when we have large parties, events or anything out of the ordinary. They really operate as part of our team instead of feeling like an outside company. They understand that they’re representing our restaurant when they’re standing out front, and that was really important to us because valet is basically the first and last impression our customers get. It’s been nice having a company we can actually rely on long term instead of constantly dealing with staffing issues or having to babysit the operation. Would definitely recommend Valet Parking Chicago to any restaurant, hotel, residential building or business looking for a reliable valet partner in Chicago. They do a lot more than just park cars.

Absolutely outstanding service! From the moment I arrived, the valet team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They greeted me right away, handled my car with care, and had it ready almost immediately when I was leaving. Everyone was courteous and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find service this good, and they truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this valet company to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and professional service. Easily one of the best valet experiences I’ve ever had!

Incredible experience with these guys, have used them repeatedly anytime I’m in the city. Great customer service , friendly staff, and extremely quick. Worth every penny. They are the only valet guys I use in the city, highly, hightly recommend them !

Truly had one of the best experiences with this valet service. Super attentive company, very mindful of the small details that matter. Want to absolutely give a huge thank you to the team for such a fast, trustworthy effort in my situation. Last week, I had came in for a early morning meeting at the office , was greeted by Seth and Brett, promptly and professionally they took my vehicle in, I noticed my wallet is missing during my meeting, shortly after my meeting ended, I rushed to look everywhere where I last left it, with no luck in sight, when headed back to check valet, Brett personally hands me over my wallet that dropped when rushing out my vehicle, never been more thankful in my life for such a trustworthy and honest company, will be my #1 valet company that I will always use when coming to Chicago. Nothing is worse than losing your belongings in downtown city of Chicago, huge thank you again to the team, Brett and Seth for an amazing valet experience.
